On the subject of Mr. Jutcher's Air Ford's Salary during absence
I see no sufficient reason for departing from Coloring in this case, Regulation No 108 but of Mr Tutches proves a satisfactory locum tenens, he may be granted a bonus out of the money which will lapse to the Treasury on the expiration of his acting appt.
